I’m seriously thinking about converting a CSS template HTML site I have into a DWT or Masterpage.  Seems like it should be pretty basic stuff, but I really can’t invest a lot of time.  Anyone have a compelling reason to use DWT’s or masterpages?  How about the tool – Expression Web or Visual Studio?
